Chestnut— Hand-harvested Italian chestnuts are candied in Madagascar vanilla syrup to make a smooth praline that comes together with almonds, dark chocolate, and pieces of marron glacé.

Gingerbread — An airy, ginger and vanilla marshmallow layered with gingerbread cookie butter spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and molasses.

Mixed Berry Pavlova — A tart-yet-sweet housemade jam blends raspberries, redcurrants, and deep, red-black huckleberries, which we layer with light, fluffy meringue to give this bonbon its distinctive crackle.

Eggnog— A holiday classic we craft with silky vanilla rum ganache, a crisp, buttery hazelnut cookie, and lush white chocolate.

Kir Royale — This bubbly French cocktail comes to life with punchy, tart blackcurrant pâté de fruit and a ganache flavored with sparkling Crémant wine.

Mint Cocoa Cookie — A white chocolate mint ganache made with handpicked garden spearmint is layered over a toothsome blackened cocoa cookie.

Walnut Raisin — In our take on rugelach, a made-from-scratch toasted walnut praline melds with sun-dried raisin jam from Country Rhodes Family Farm.

Cinnamon Caramel — Our signature homemade salted caramel is kicked up for the season with allspice, juniper, black pepper, vanilla bean, and bold, spicy Saigon cinnamon.

Sticky Toffee Pudding — Medjool dates from the Santa Monica Farmers Market — L.A.'s best — are mingled with salty-sweet browned butter and a caramelized chocolate ganache.

Marzipan — Smooth, subtly floral marzipan is made from finely ground Lübeck almonds and complemented with dark chocolate.
