Do you accept corporate orders?
Yes, we work with businesses of all sizes to assist with their gifting needs. We offer custimization options and can ship gifts nationwide. Please vist our corporate page for more details.
How should I store chocolate? How long will it last?
Chocolate should be kept in a cool, dry place to keep it happy. We do not recommend refrigerating our products. For optimal pleasure, please enjoy within 10 days of receipt....and be sure to let us know what you think of the chocolate! We love feedback.
Do you offer courier service?
Yes, in addition to local and national shipping, we can arrange for courier service within the Los Angeles area. Rates are based on the distance from our Beverly Hills store to the destination address. They typically range from $15 to $40. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we ship to all 50 states in the US and to our good friends up north, Canada. We hope to add more international destinations in the future. Exact shipping costs are presented during checkout.
Do your products have nuts, soy or asparagus?
We are proud to be asparagus-free, but our kitchen handles soy, tree nuts and peanuts. You can find allergen information on our flavors page. We do not use any preservatives, additives or artificial flavors.
Are your products certified Kosher?
At this time, our products are not certified Kosher.
Is your cacao ethically sourced? Do your farmers receive fair wages?
Yes! We use Valrhona products who source chocolate from around the world and pursues a policy of direct trade with farmers in accordance with the principles of Fair Trade. They ensure the conditions in which the cacao is grown allow planters and their families to develop a long-term business strategy. They take particular care to ensure no children work in the production of the cacao, there is no forced labor and all national and international labor regulations are respected.
