While chocolate for us is a year-round obsession, we like to think of fall as when chocolate season kicks off in earnest. The Beverly Hills palm trees don’t change color, but the days finally cool down as the California sun sets earlier.

To celebrate, we’ve crafted a limited-edition collection highlighting the most beloved flavors of the season — think tart, juicy pomegranates, spiced pears, and of course, our take on the classic pumpkin pie (complete with a homemade graham cracker "crust"). Cranberry Hazelnut Cookie
Our nod to the traditional Linzer cookie layers cinnamon-spiced hazelnut shortbread, cranberry pâté de fruit, and rich almond praline inside a dark chocolate shell.

Spiced Pear Caramel
A gem of the season, Bartlett pears combine with caramel kicked up with a dash of St. George's Spiced Pear Liqueur, then layered with spiced ganache and housed in a milk chocolate shell.

Pumpkin Vanilla Marshmallow
The pumpkin bonbon we've always dreamed of making melds pumpkin ganache with lighter-than-air vanilla marshmallow and a housemade cinnamon graham cracker, all encased in a milk chocolate shell.

Maple Pecan
This time-honored fall pairing layers silky pecan praline, chopped candied pecans, and caramelized maple jam, all encased in a dark chocolate shell.

Pomegranate Pistachio Praline
The ruby red juice of pomegranates and a touch of pomegranate molasses add tangy sweetness to housemade caramel, which is then mingled with crunchy pistachio praline and shelled in dark chocolate.

Caramel Apple Cider
For this elevated take on the classic caramel apple, we combined smooth dulcey ganache, milk chocolate, and pâté de fruit made using apple cider from our friends at Santa Monica Brew Works.
