Our kitchen is led by Chef Sandy Tran, former Executive Pastry Chef at The French Laundry (three-Michelin-star). Half our culinary team trained in Michelin-starred kitchens. This isn't a factory — it's a chef-driven house where every piece is made by hand, in-house, the way fine dining demands.
