For the occasion, we created a new twist to our signature speculoos cookie hazelnut praline by adding caramel and vanilla white chocolate rum ganache for a three different layers of texture and taste.
Final assembly includes adorning each with 23 carat edible gold leaf and carefully be placed atop blonde chocolate “hay" and a 62% dark chocolate bar topped with Venezuelan Porcelana cacao nibs.
